林益世貪污被檢聲押　羅淑蕾：代表法院不是國民黨開的 Jul 2nd 2012, 03:15 〔記者孫偉倫╱台北報導〕涉嫌索賄的前行政院秘書長林益世坦承部分犯行，今(2)日凌晨4時被檢方聲押禁見。國民黨立委羅淑蕾受訪表示，這代表司法機關並非像民進黨所說「法院是國民黨開的」，現林益世已坦承犯行，也被檢調聲押，現在最重要的是希望大家能冷靜下來，靜待司法調查，如果犯罪屬實，就應接受法律嚴格制裁。
