世所罕見！　台灣1年37名醫生挨告　為美國起訴率400倍！ Jul 6th 2012, 03:10 〔記者陳鈞凱╱台北報導〕「我要被關了！」在台灣，當醫師已經是犯罪率最高的行業，根據衛生署的統計資料顯示，國內每一年都有接近37位醫師被刑事起訴，換算人口，起訴率居然是美國的400倍，連衛生署官員都用「世所罕見」來形容，其中內、外、婦、兒科這正鬧「四大皆空」的重症科別就占了8成5，衛生署不得不疾呼要「醫療除罪化」。
