特偵組：林益世涉2項貪污罪　還有湮滅證據之虞 Jul 2nd 2012, 03:15 〔記者陳思豪╱台北報導〕前行政院長林益世涉嫌索賄案有了重大突破，在經過12小時的訊問，特偵組在今（2）日清晨以依涉嫌貪污罪，將林益世羈押禁見。特偵組認為，林益世涉嫌2項貪污罪名，除了收賄、索賄之外，還有湮滅證據的可能。
