教育部：逾4成國人　每周學習不到1小時… Jul 12th 2012, 11:14 〔生活中心╱綜合報導〕教育部指出，台灣16至64歲國人讀書參與率30.96%，遠比歐盟國家的42%低了12%之多，超過4成(43.34%)民眾每周學習不到1小時，成人學習參與率有待提升，至於不識字率1.83%則比先進國家的2%來得低。
