救護車闖紅燈撞婦致癱　判國賠263萬定讞 Jul 13th 2012, 11:17 〔社會中心╱台中報導〕台中一名49歲簡姓婦人3年前開車行經英才路、民生路口，被一輛正在值勤鳴笛闖紅燈的救護車直接撞上，造成婦人腦部、頸椎受傷昏迷變成植物人躺在醫院，而當時救護車的湯姓駕駛被依業務過失致死判刑4月，得易科罰金確定。
