台南大雨　晚間多區發布二級警戒 Jun 17th 2012, 13:52 〔生活中心╱綜合報導〕谷超颱風未直撲台灣，但夾帶的西南氣流仍造成台灣多處出現豪大雨。台南市北門區、將軍區、學甲區與安定區在晚間8點半左右發布二級警戒，東區裕農路更出現半個輪胎高的淹水。
