龍潭案科管局求償敗訴　扁珍不必賠 Jun 21st 2012, 11:34 〔政治中心╱綜合報導〕前總統陳水扁夫婦因龍潭購地案，遭刑事各判刑11年定讞後，竹科管理局也因此提起民事訴訟，向扁、珍、辜成允、達裕公司等被告求償新台幣4億元。台北地院今(21)日上午宣判，以科管局未能明確舉證自己受損失，判決科管局敗訴。
