美國ITC確認未侵犯Thomson專利　友達光電：感到欣慰 Jun 17th 2012, 11:50 〔財經中心╱台北報導〕針對Thomson Licensing指控友達組電專利侵權案，美國國際貿易委員會(ITC)已在美國時間6月15日確認，友達光電的面板沒有侵犯Thomson所主張的任何有效專利請求項。對此，友達光電17日也表示欣慰。
