力霸掏空案判處7個月定讞　王令麟尚需補服刑19天 Jun 25th 2012, 15:15 〔社會中心╱台北報導〕2006年力霸集團爆發大規模掏空弊案，創辦人王又曾兒子，現任東森國際董事長王令麟涉偽造文書，被高院判處7個月有期徒刑定讞，院方裁定執行一年。王令麟之前曾被羈押長達346天，仍須服刑19天，雖台北地檢署仍未收到院方裁定書，且尚未傳喚王令麟到案，但他在部落格指出，自己只是將入監服刑當作「靈修19天」。
