七一新制╱身心障礙鑑定須專業團隊執行 Jun 30th 2012, 05:11 〔記者孫偉倫╱台北報導〕內政部社會司表示，96年7月11日身心障礙者權益保障法修正通過，明定101年7月11日起須以專業團隊進行身心障礙者鑑定，並需籌組團隊進行需求評估，再依據評估結果提供各項法定之福利與服務。
