成「絆馬索」？　國民黨立法院黨團：絕無擴權！ May 19th 2012, 06:15 〔記者王鼎鈞╱台北報導〕國民黨立法院黨團昨天召開黨團大會，有部分委員提議，行政部門應將重大政策提交黨團大會討論表決，若黨團成員不遵守黨團決議則予以處罰；此舉遭指為，「以黨領政，又一道絆馬索」。對此，國民黨團今（19）日澄清，該意見尚未獲得通過，絕無擴權。
