520╱油電打趴滿意度　馬總統：要回應民間改革高度期待 May 20th 2012, 03:24 〔政治中心╱綜合報導〕針對油電雙漲引發民怨，馬英九總統今（20）日上午在總統就職演說中表示，要讓台灣一步步成為低碳綠能島，「政策上要讓能源價格合理，要讓油電回歸市場機制，落實使用者付費」，對於民間批評油、電公營事業在經營及人事管理上的不合理，馬總統則說，要「回應民間改革的高度期待」。
