男子狂飲青草茶解渴　寒涼體質兩週後狂瀉 Jul 17th 2012, 13:20 〔記者黃玿琮╱台中報導〕天氣酷熱之際，許多人都喜歡暢飲冰涼的青草茶，認為可以「心涼脾肚開」、解渴又消暑。但一位男子日灌4000cc青草茶下肚，結果兩週後腹瀉不止；就醫才發現他的體質寒涼，根本不適合喝青草茶。
