中央實施奢侈稅　中市府張耀中籲停徵 Jul 19th 2012, 15:19 〔記者李梅金╱台中報導〕中央實施奢侈稅一年多以來，不但實際徵得的稅收與預期落差甚大，且因民眾觀望心態濃厚，導致房屋交易量大幅萎縮，使得地方的土地增值稅及契稅實收稅額雙雙下滑，進而影響地方政府財政。為此，民進黨籍市議員張耀中19日召開記者會提出批評，並呼籲財政部正視這個問題，必要時應停徵奢侈稅。
