活化國有土地　國產局擬標售公路總局等精華區地上權 Jun 21st 2012, 11:34 〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕為活化國有土地，提升運用效益，財政部國有財產局將持續招標設定地上權，但由於國人對地上權的接受度有限，國產局研擬挑選幾塊極吸睛的台北市精華地段，在目前建商購地不易的情況下，可望使地上權標售案加溫，其中以位於台北火車站對面新光三越旁的公路總局土地可望成為優先標售地上權的標的。
