房價愈打愈高？彭淮南：我敢說沒針對性審慎　房價漲更快 Jun 21st 2012, 11:34 〔記者顏真真╱台北報導〕中央銀行針對高價住宅貸款祭出針對性審慎措施，不過，市場也質疑央行打房，卻反讓房價愈打愈高，對此，央行總裁彭淮南表示，大家一直說奢侈稅沒有效果，但房屋業者認為，有效抑制房屋的投機交易，如果沒有審慎性措施，「我敢說台北的房價一定會漲得比現在更快」。
