雙M化敵為友股價齊漲　晨星鎖漲停　追價買單逾15萬張 Jun 25th 2012, 03:14 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕聯發科與晨星科技一向被稱為「大小M」，聯發科董事長蔡明介與F-晨星 (3697) 董事長梁公偉在22日下午宣佈兩家公司將合併，1 股晨星換0.794股聯發科，加 1 元現金，合併後的新聯發科可望成為全球前5大IC設計公司，外資普遍看好合併效益，今(25)日晨星跳空漲停鎖死，195元漲停價追價買單15萬3596張，想買也買不到，聯發科也是大漲逾半根漲停板。
