NBA╱聯盟退讓　林書豪確定擁鳥權 Jun 30th 2012, 03:10 〔記者邵瑞峰╱綜合報導〕在仲裁結果出爐、決定林書豪符合「早鳥條款」資格後，NBA官方一度提出上訴，不過今天（30日）傳出聯盟已經和球員工會達成共識、作出讓步，讓林書豪確定於7月1日自由球員市場開啟時擁有「鳥權」，尼克將可不受團隊薪資限制，開出高價碼和林書豪續約。
