扯！導管放體內8年　致腎切除　父為女打官司 Jun 24th 2012, 15:29 〔社會中心╱台中報導〕台中一位賴小姐，28歲那年正值青春年華時得了腎結石，動完手術之後，有一根引流導管竟放在體內8年都沒有拿出來，賴小姐之後感染，結果切除左邊腎臟和輸尿管，常常頭暈、身體大傷，醫院表示沒有在病歷上加註要取出導管，但有口頭告知，家屬認為這是醫療疏失，提出3次告訴，但檢方都沒起訴，令家屬十分氣憤。
