特別費除罪範圍擴大　公督盟批立委特赦貪汙 May 25th 2012, 05:40 〔記者孫偉倫╱台北報導〕公民監督國會聯盟今（25）日召開記者會表示，立法院財政委員會在5月2日，將特別費除罪化擴及地方民代的「會計法第99條之一條文修正草案」法案，悄悄送進朝野協商，企圖蒙混過關。該法修正草案主張擴大除罪範圍到各民意機關、里長事務補助費及民代公費助理。
