幕後╱批NCC放任財經台　劉憶如：看到油電雙漲也傻眼 May 25th 2012, 05:40 〔政治中心╱綜合報導〕油電雙漲、證所稅讓馬政府近來飽受批評，財政部長劉憶如近來更為了證所稅問題遭批滿頭包，不過據了解，劉憶如私下向立委透露，其實她早在3月28號就把稅改的行程排出來，但是4月5號看到油電雙漲，自己都傻眼了，如果早知道要油電雙漲，「就不會在3月28號做這個事」。
