今日天氣╱輕颱啟德威脅減小　注意沿海較強陣風 Aug 16th 2012, 01:37 〔生活中心╱綜合報導〕今（16）日台灣受到颱風外圍雲系影響，台東、恆春半島、花蓮及南部地區仍不定時有短暫陣雨或雷雨，恆春半島及台東地區易有局部性大雨發生，中部以北及宜蘭地區午後雷陣雨的範圍將比前兩天廣，除了有較大雨勢出現的機會，下雨的時間可能較長，各地白天高溫約32到34度，感受上略顯悶熱。
