雙北市國有地標售解禁有望？　國產局請建築公會提供意見 Aug 16th 2012, 03:38 〔財經中心╱台北報導〕已經全面禁止標售長達2年多的大台北地區國有地解禁有望。財政部長張盛和表示，為避免土地供給減少，助漲房價，財政部正檢討台北市及新北市500坪以下國有土地不得出售的政策，財政部國有財產局除正進行全面清查，並已函請建築公會提供意見。
