遭爆索賄5千萬　李穆生開記者會自清　控告週刊與陳啟祥 Aug 1st 2012, 11:35 〔政治中心╱綜合報導〕週刊報導，高雄市環保局長李穆生曾向地勇負責人陳啟祥伸手索賄5千萬鉅款，李穆生今(1)日上午召開記者會澄清絕無此事，並請辭環保局長一職以示清白。在記者會結束後，他偕同律師前往高雄地檢署，控告壹週刊記者與陳啟祥。
