看問題╱嘉義╱見雨就現「黃金洞」？　民脂民膏埋其中！ Aug 2nd 2012, 11:30 〔記者吳晉輝╱嘉義報導〕6月19日泰颱風撲台時，記者曾報導，嘉義市垂楊路因大量雨水沖銷，造成地基掏空，使路面出現寬、深達3公尺的大洞，當時工務處下水道科長單建南承諾，待豪雨過後，二天內修護，的確有兌現，不過至今不到一個半月時間，在雨量相當有限「蘇拉」撲台期間，鄰近民眾投訴，該處又塌了。
