兩少無照躲警闖紅燈撞死　家屬控執法過當 Jul 23rd 2012, 03:28 〔社會中心╱新北報導〕新北市新莊1名江姓少年，深夜與朋友在外遊蕩，遇到警方盤查竟騎機車逃逸，疑似加速闖紅燈時撞上大貨車，雙雙喪命。家屬質疑是警方追趕才奪走小孩性命，但是，警方表示依法執勤，並無不當。
