空前的淹水情況　疑似施工造成 Jul 25th 2012, 17:29 〔記者吳晉輝╱嘉義報導〕25日午後的一場大雨，幾乎淹沒垂楊路底所有住家，鄰近新建街163巷，一度水深即腰的慘狀，讓一旁施工單位人員連忙解釋，是因為瞬間雨量過大，排水不及所造成，與現有之施工無關係。
