特偵組擬比照扁案模式　林家遭查扣近億元「回不去了」！ Jul 22nd 2012, 03:26 〔政治中心╱綜合報導〕特偵組偵辦前行政院祕書長林益世索賄案，目前已經查扣超過現今近億元，儘管林益世目前僅坦承收取地勇公司負責人陳啟祥6300萬元，不過因為林益世涉及的是貪污罪，未來如果案件判刑定讞，特偵組將循扁案模式，把這批錢作為檢方執行沒收、追繳林益世與母親、妻子的犯罪所得、罰金之用，因此，這筆錢對林益世來說，恐怕是「回不去了」。
