〔記者陳鈞凱╱台北報導〕走路錯誤也會傷膝蓋!深信「日行一萬步」可以減肥健身,門診就有一名60歲女性,每天上下班都選擇走路運動,平均每一天要走上2到3個小時,沒想到連走3年下來,走路老是感覺膝蓋緊緊、酸酸的,一次下班途中,還突然雙腿無力,跌坐在地上爬不起來,骨科檢查,才發現是運動過度引起膝關節軟骨磨損變形。
