告邱毅「加重誹謗」　許智傑：選民服務絕對沒拿錢 Jul 7th 2012, 05:11 〔記者林修卉╱台北─高雄連線報導〕前國民黨立委邱毅昨晚在TVBS《2100全民開講》點名，地勇公司負責人陳啟祥的「新門神」是民進黨立委許智傑，並指控許智傑收陳啟祥4000萬元。許智傑今（7）日上午11時前往高雄地檢署控告邱毅加重誹謗，並要求民事賠償4000萬元。
