ITC駁回蘋果禁令　宏達電手機仍可輸美 Jul 4th 2012, 03:09 〔記者陳俐妏╱台北報導〕美國國際貿易委員會（ITC）2日宣布，蘋果對宏達電多達29款手機提出的禁止進口要求因事證不足而遭駁回，而ITC將繼續調查宏達電手機是否侵犯蘋果專利權，審理理期間宏達電手機仍可繼續輸美。
