宜蘭、高屏紫外線危險級！　烈日最兇猛 Jul 1st 2012, 03:13 〔生活中心╱綜合報導〕根據環保署紫外線監測預報系統顯示，今(1)天全台紫外線指數大多屬危險級，只要在陽光下曝曬15分鐘內，就會曬傷，提醒外出應該要戴帽子或撐傘，防曬、太陽眼鏡也是必備，最好在上午十點到下午兩點不要外出。
