學生課業、打工、感情壓力大！大學建「自我練習抒壓室」 Jun 18th 2012, 05:57 〔記者李梅金╱台中報導〕時下大學生面臨功課、打工、感情各種壓力，今年就有大學特別建置完成「自我練習抒壓室」，透過抒壓器材及專業人員諮詢，引導師生甩開壓力及學習適當放鬆，尤其這學期添購按摩椅後，使用人數暴增1倍，學生在期末考前後踴躍登記表示：「已經熬夜K書好幾天，終於可以好好放鬆一下了」！
