男躲避酒駕撞車　須賠償2百多萬 Jun 17th 2012, 07:50 〔社會中心╱新竹報導〕新竹一名林姓男子深夜和友人喝酒，酒後醉醺醺的開車欲返回苗栗老家，行經光復路時發現前方有臨檢，一時心虛急轉彎想躲過查緝，但因車速過快失控，連續衝撞路旁3輛汽車後停下，警方獲報趕到現場，肇事林男衝撞力道猛烈，其中1輛轎車被撞得180度翻轉倒在路上，林男酒測值0.78毫克，依公共危險罪逮回送辦。
