搶先報╱坦承變裝「弄巧成拙」　黃偉哲：我對得起家人 May 16th 2012, 03:13 〔記者康仁俊╱台北報導〕媒體爆料指稱已婚的民進黨立委黃偉哲變裝、換車與女子密會吃火鍋，並在稍後前往女子家中獨處，黃偉哲今（16）日上午受訪表示，整起事件完全是誤會，他坦承，當天確實與該名女性友人見面，並在晚餐後前往該名女子家中，不過他強調，當時兩人並非獨處，「還有其他友人在場」，他認為整起事件已經對他的家庭產生傷害，「我的所有行為對得起家人」，他對報導感到遺憾。
