核四爆偷工減料　謝長廷：陳水扁當年停建　政策正確 May 16th 2012, 03:13 〔記者林修卉╱台北報導〕台電核四廠傳出採購弊案，原具輻射防護功能的電氣導線管竟傳出不符規格。前行政院長謝長廷今（16）日在噗浪表示，「這不僅謀財而且害命，核四像無底黑洞不斷燒錢，工安疑慮始終不斷，也證明當年阿扁要停建的政策是正確的。」
