吃在南投╱賞美腿大啖茭白筍　2012南投美人腿節登場 Aug 18th 2012, 09:36 〔生活中心╱綜合報導〕當茭白筍一去掉外殼後，那白嫩的筍肉如小腿一般，因而博得，「美人腿」的美譽，而且滋味鮮甜讓人喜愛。為了推廣茭白筍美食，南投縣舉辦了「2012南投美人腿節」，在今(18)天登場，縣長李朝卿邀請遊客到埔里品賞美人腿，體驗具地方特色的茭白筍產業文化。
