宏�天價請蘭奇走路　王振堂：高階薪資將與股東利益掛勾 Jun 15th 2012, 04:43 〔記者楊伶雯╱台北報導〕宏�今(15)日召開股東會，前執行長蘭奇（Gianfranco Lanci）的退職金高達12.84億元，且根據年報顯示，他的個人年薪更高達2.02億元，在會中引來小股東的關切，要求說明，董事長王振堂則表示，針對蘭奇在任時所造成的庫存問題，董事會已成立專案小組調查中，未來少數高主管的薪水將與股東利益掛勾。
