颱風增為中颱　宜蘭大豪雨 Jun 3rd 2012, 14:32 〔本報訊〕今年第3號颱風瑪娃3日下午增強為中度颱風，雖然行進方向離台灣愈來愈遠，但颱風外圍雲系仍影響台灣，中央氣象局發布東北部豪雨特報，宜蘭已出現大豪雨。
