520兩岸篇╱牽動馬英九「歷史定位」成敗的ECFA May 18th 2012, 04:07 〔記者陳思豪╱專題報導〕過去不斷強調兩岸關係「先經後政」的馬政府，第二任任期內最重要的工作，恐怕就是與對岸完成ECFA的簽署工作。台灣方面已經在520就職前訂下目標，期許能在2年內達陣成功，但後續幾項特別是貨品貿易、服務貿易，牽涉的品項及業務眾多且繁雜，因此可說是件「不可能的任務」。
