嚴罰酒駕！李鴻源：呼氣0.25毫克降為0.15　累犯沒入汽車 May 31st 2012, 11:34 〔記者孫偉倫╱台北報導〕「葉少爺」因酒駕害死3條人命，被求刑7年是否太短？內政部長李鴻源今（31）日表示，若酒駕肇事者被認定是蓄意殺人就算過輕，內政部也建議交通部修改法令，將酒後駕車的呼氣含酒精量，由每公升0.25毫克降為每公升0.15毫克，朝零容忍方向處理。
