施正鋒：張鳳強破壞馬英九威信　應查辦是否涉通敵罪 Aug 8th 2012, 23:34 〔政治中心╱台北報導〕海軍一六八艦隊長張鳳強少將因演習越界，被記過調職並送軍檢偵辦，引發朝野撻伐海軍懲處過重。但東華大學教授施正鋒8日在臉書上表示，張鳳強破壞馬英九總統倡議東海和平的政治威信，國安單位應查辦是否有通敵之嫌，他還批少數立委是「政客」，國防部不應在「少數政客的淫威」下讓步。
