看問題╱投保協議簽的早不如簽的好？　海陸兩會誰在晃點 Aug 6th 2012, 23:32 〔記者陳思豪╱分析報導〕萬眾期盼的兩岸投保協議，即將在本週四的「江陳八會」上正式簽署。延宕超過2年的時間，過去政府官員總是用「簽的早不如簽的好」，來做為進度緩慢的理由與藉口，只是從目前官員已透露的內容來看，這項協議不但簽的慢，內容甚至不夠理想。
