海葵發威轉中颱 風雨壟罩全台 Aug 6th 2012, 19:32 〔生活中心╱綜合報導〕海葵颱風在6日晚間11時轉為中度颱風，根據最新氣象資料顯示，海葵暴風圈亦稍有擴大，目前在台北東北方海面，向西移動，其暴風圈已逐漸進入台灣北部海面，對台灣北部海面已構成威脅。
