李桐豪：下會期提修法，讓外生負擔全額加入健保 Aug 13th 2012, 03:36 〔記者康仁俊╱台北報導〕親民黨立院黨團總召李桐豪今（13）日表示，黨團將在立法院下會期提案修改全民健康保險法，要求「所有到台灣有一定期間居住事實的外國人，必須要提出保險證明，或是以負擔全額加入全民健康保險」，以維護在台居留外國人的健康權。
