今日天氣╱颱風啟德恐形成！　週三影響台灣嚴防雷陣雨 Aug 13th 2012, 01:37 ﹝生活中心╱綜合報導﹞今(13日)中央氣象局表示，目前臺灣海峽南部對流雲系發展旺盛並逐漸接近南部沿海陸地，請注意瞬間大雨、雷擊、強陣風。此外，中央氣象局更指出，目前位於菲律賓東方海面有個熱帶性低氣壓，有機會發展成颱風，目前離臺灣約1000公里左右，如果成為颱風，將會是今年第十三號颱風「啟德」，預計週三之後，各地天氣將會受影響。
