馬英九總統公布證所稅條文　102年開徵 Aug 8th 2012, 23:34 〔記者王鼎鈞╱台北報導〕建立證券交易所得課稅制度之「所得稅法」及「所得基本稅額條例」部分條文修正案，7月25日於立法院三讀通過。馬英九總統8日公布修正條文，證所稅將於明年起徵、後年申報。財政部預計在10月前公布施行細則。
