台中市財政被公債法綁住　舉債空間已逼近「天花板」 Jul 11th 2012, 09:11 〔記者黃志政╱台中報導〕五都負債臺中市最少，但能舉債的額度跟臺北市、高雄市比起來卻「差很大!」縣、市合併一年多，公共債務法未修，臺中市幾無舉債空間，真的不能再等了，市府日前已發出說帖，請市籍立委幫忙，趕快修公債法。
