中興大學研究團隊發現　「山胡椒」具調節中樞神經功用 Jul 18th 2012, 13:21 〔記者林重鎣╱台中報導〕你可能吃過山胡椒做的料理，但卻不知道山胡椒的功用？國立中興大學森林學系特聘教授王升陽與副教授曾彥學所組成的研究團隊，本月在木材科學期刊（Journal of Wood Science）最新上線的研究報告中證實，山胡椒果實的揮發性成分具有安眠、止痛及鎮痛等調節動物中樞神經的活性。
