吸毒再犯率高達85%　橘：應整合社區、家庭體系支持戒毒 Jul 16th 2012, 13:20 〔記者孫偉倫╱台北報導〕據法務部統計，4年來平均每年因買賣、製造、吸食毒品等犯罪被判有罪人數都在3萬5000人以上，以民國97年4萬1120人最多，其中，因再犯被判有罪比率高達85%以上，又以純吸食毒品被判刑者為大宗。親民黨團16日召開記者會表示，應整合毒品戒治體系，從社區、家庭體系幫助勒戒者戒毒。
